Our live pre-licensing courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced instructor approved by the Licensing And Regulatory Affairs (LARA) department of the State of Michigan. Our live course is a LARA approved 40-hour pre-licensing course that includes 4 hours of mandated Fair Housing instruction. Enrollment Policy – Students must be present for session/day 1 of class. Any other time or absence may be made up to fulfill State required hours.
Refund Policy- All tuition (other than material fees) may be refunded before the start of class once requested by the registrant in writing. Funds will be refunded within 30 days of a written request. The material fee of $75 is not refunded. Once the registrant has started the class and withdraws, a registration fee of $45 and $5 per class hour attended will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be issued after the completion of the course.
