Whether you are an aspiring real estate professional looking to obtain your pre-licensure courses and prep you for the Michigan Real Estate exam or you are looking for continuing education courses to help you keep that hard earned license in good standing with the state, we are here for you.
In-person real estate 40 hour pre-licensure courses will help prepare you for your state licensing exam. Class is taught via Zoom and is held Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the dates offered. Class materials must be delivered so please register at least one week in advance.
Effective online pre-licensure courses will help prepare for the exam at your own pace. Online access is for 6 months OR until you pass the final exam. The cost is 175.00. The parenting website will offer additional materials for sale. These additional materials are not correlated with our online course and should be purchased for individual growth and knowledge as you would determine.
