Our live pre-licensing courses are taught by highly qualified and experienced instructor approved by the Licensing And Regulatory Affairs (LARA) department of the State of Michigan. Our live course is a LARA approved 40-hour pre-licensing course that includes 4 hours of mandated Fair Housing instruction. Enrollment Policy – Students must be present for session/day 1 of class. Any other time or absence may be made up to fulfill State required hours.
Refund Policy – All tuition (other than material fee) may be refunded before the start of class if requested in writing by the registrant. Funds will be refunded within 30 days of a written request. The material fee of $50 is not refunded. Once the registrant has started the class and withdraws, a registration fee of $45 and $5 per class hours attended will be deducted from the refund. Tuition may be transferred to a future class date without penalty. No refund will be issued after a 3-month lapse from the first date of the class.
