I participated in classes provided by Blue Water Real Estate School to obtain my Realtor License. Although, working within the industry for many years before making the decision to be licensed I was still very much apprehensive on what to expect. To my surprise, Blue Water Real Estate School, and our instructor was very receptive to the learning needs and capabilities’ of each student; provided clear and concise instruction along with studying material that was easy to follow; and made the curriculum relevant to real life experiences that enhanced learning retention allowing confidence to move forward successfully. Additionally, the instructor was very mindful of the current COVID-19 situation as our training concluded at the time the pandemic hit with Stay At Home Orders, to offer refresher classes and tutoring, until it is safe to take our exam. Giving us yet another boost of confidence to pass successfully. This showed me that Blue Water is invested in the success of their students. Thank you so much!
The class had to adapt to a Zoom learning format due to the executive order. I was able to still feel like I was part of a classroom- the instructor was eager to answer questions and engage the students. I really learned a lot in just a week! Highly recommend!
This was class was very informational and hands-on. I was able to ask any questions as needed, and the teacher is great at communicating what needs to be learned for the State Exam. There were great visuals used for reference, and all of the information was very helpful and relevant. Staff was kind and welcoming!

Connie was a well rehearsed and passionate instructor. I enjoyed her class. May want to use PSI’s content outline going forward (that changes frequently) and also encourage their prep app since they are the ones writing the questions. Many that have taken the test already are sharing that the questions are designed to trick you and that most questions have 2 right answers but 1 is more right?

I took the online course and the videos on the self pace, they were very clear and informative.
